Beth Stinnett, VJJA President On behalf of the entire Blue Ridge District thanks to President Stinnett or making the trip from Richmond. Robert Foster, Blue Ridge Chairperson Leadership Changes: Farmer Appointed Secretary Ms. Susan Farmer has been appointed to fill the unexpired term of Blue Ridge District Secretary vacated by Colleen French who moved to the Southwest District.
