Jim Cornett Tapped As 28th CSU Supervisor
Jim Cornett, previously a Senior Probation Officer
with the 28th District Court Service Unit in Abingdon has been
promoted to CSU Supervisor. A past member of the Board of Directors,
Jim has been an active member of VJJA since 1973.  Serving twice
as District Chair, he has also chaired committees, to include the awards committee.  Employed in the juvenile justice field for more than 30 years, in 1985 Jim received VJJA’s Meritorious Award in the Area of Probation.
