Spring 2008

Online Course in Ethics Announced


Beginning on April 21, 2008, and continuing through May 23, 2008, the Mid-Atlantic Addiction Technology Transfer Center, will offer the online course, "Advanced Issues in Ethics". This course presents ethical theories and concepts that require clinical experience and knowledge to successfully integrate them with clinical practice. Content also includes dual relationship issues, sexual violations in the counseling relationship, supervision, consulting, training, and multi-cultural issues.   The course instructor will be Charlotte Chapman, M.S., MAC, CAC, LPC, who is the Director of Counseling Services at the University of Virginia Women's Center.  Additional information can be found at: www.midattc.org.
