President Stinnett to Speak at National Conference
On July 16 and 17, 2007, VJJA President Beth Stinnett will speak at the annual conference of the National Association of Counties (NaCO). In her role as Coordinator of the state’s Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI), she will present on the topic, “Reducing Juvenile Detention: Breaking the Cycle of Recidivism Before it Starts”. Stinnett will be joined in the presentation by the Honorable Judge Jay Dugger of the Hampton J&DR Court.
