Congratuations to Kim Koeppen, a Parole Officer in Staunton & Waynesboro, for being named the Virginia Gang Investigators Association's 2006 Regional Director of the Year. The award was presented during VGIA's March 12, 2007 Board of Directors meeting. A long time Valley District member, in 2003 Koeppen was presented VJJA’s Meritorious Service Award in the Area of Court Services.
